Here is the monitor I purchased...I need a good graphics card for it. All i do that's graphic intensive is World of Warcraft and occasional video editing.

Looks like the resolution is 1650x1050
I have a Asus PQ5 and E8400 proc picked out. I don't have a power supply or case picked out yet.
What graphics card will work for me. I don't need no 150 FPS for WoW or anything just something that's not gonna lag and looks good.

The price on this card is awesome. Why is it so cheap for a 1 GB card though? Makes me kinda weiry...

I think I just read the new 4670 can outperform the 38xx models, and cost about $80.

If you're not buying bleeding edge then the price for video cards drops, a lot.
Go over to Anandtech and read up : http://www.anandtech.com/video/showdoc.aspx?i=3405
Cheap can be good ( and a 3X... card doesn't necessarily lose to a 4X... one so, depending on your plans, chose either.).
In a few days the price on 3X... cards should drop so wait till next week and check for savings.

Not sure what you mean by 3x cards? And why are they going to drop next week?

Those are the 3860/3870 AMD/ATI came out with last year.
This week ATI/AMD has just released a sub $100 card, the 4650, for less.
As you can see in the review the 3XXX low price has a current performance edge but that may not last through the next driver update thus the price drop and, given your game choice, more inexpensive solutions for you.

I actually think this 4670 looks pretty decent for 80 bucks and i think it'll let me run WOW on full settings and still get a fine FPS.
I'm asking for a second 2270h for christmas. Do you think this will power both displays just fine though.

Yes, WOW should "sing".
If you're doing a two monitor set up we need to know more, give us your full specs please.

I don't have a computer yet. I'm building it. Here is what i'm going to order though.
Case - Cooler Master Cosmos

Processor - E8400 Wolfdale 3.0 GHz
Asus P5Q Pro

ATi Radeon 4670 as discussed above
I have an Antec 500W power supply that was purchased about a year ago recommended on this site. I can't find a link for it.
74GB WD Raptor HD
2x2GB (4GB) Corsair DDR2 800 Ram
I won't be getting the two monitors until I upgrade my power supply. I'm asking for both at christmas.

Having two monitors won't put any more stress on your PSU, the 500w Antec should handle it.

Having a dual SLI set up for a 30" LCD will.
