How is this card HERE (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814500004&Tpk=ZOTAC%20GeForce%208800%20GTS)

I see this same card on eBay for $125 or best offer. If it is a good card I will ask can I get it for $115 maybe.

I wouldn't buy a performance video card off of eBay. It's probably had the crap overclocked out of it.
Get a new video card. If it fails, you can get it replaced.
Here's a good one in the $150.00 range, if that's what you want to spend:

Wonder why it's on eBay and asking for best offer?
I have a buddy in JAPAN that uses ZOTAC video cards.
Says they're pretty good.
About all I can tell you on those.

I opted to buy some automotive electronics on E-Bay that were new. Of course it died within three weeks, tried to return it to the seller and they told me to return it locally. Went to a local dealer and they said if bought online it voids the warranty. I even checked the manufacturers website and sure enough it said if purchased online it voids the warranty!! Buyer beware!

Email Kosmo and ask him if the box is still sealed in cellophane packaging. He has a good feedback rating, which is one of the 1st things I check on eBay.
