DVI disortion

On my first build (see sig) I hooked up a Samsung 920BW monitor through DVI. However I am getting random green pixels and occasionally green horizontal lines that flash up. I notice this in the BIOS as well as while in windows. The lines/pixels usually correspond with the image, its not just random. Installed newest driver and it works fine in VGA.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Do you have an extra DVI cable to try? Thats my first thought.

Check your refresh rate, too.
