New Build... No Sound..

I just completed my new desktop. Everything works fine but there no sound. I have no idea where I went wrong at. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

1. Processor: AMD Phenom 9950 2.6GHz Socket AM2+ 125W Quad-Core Black Edition Processor

2. Mother Board: ASUS M3A78 AM2+/AM2 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard

3. Graphics Card: EVGA 896-P3-1260-AR GeForce GTX 260 896MB 448-bit

4. Vista (Premium 64)

Did you install the sound drivers on the MOBO CD? Is the onboard sound enabled in the Bios?
Look in Device Manager for any Yellow exclamations marks.

There are no yellow exclaimation point there.

now when I ran the test, There was sound. But when I play something in Windows media player... Nothing!? this is odd.
