Everyone was hoping we would do a back to back 'Grand Slam'. Back to backs have only been done five times and if Wales had done it this year it would have been a back to back centenary 1908-1909 and 2008-2009. To me we threw away last weeks match against France, so the Grand Slam dream has gone but we could still win the tournament.

Victory in every game results in a 'Grand Slam'. Back to back Grand Slams have been achieved on five occasions, by Wales in 1908/1909, by England in 1913/1914, 1923/1924 and 1991/1992 and by France in 1997/1998. England holds the record for the number of Grand Slams won with 12, followed by Wales with 9, France with 8, Scotland with 3 and Ireland with 1.

With Wales and Ireland playing so well this year I am really hoping the final game is going to be the tournament decider and being in the Millenium Stadium Wales will have the home advantage.

I never realised France defeated Wales last week.

To be honest, because Scotland is so hopeless at rugby, I don't take as much notice of the six nations anymore.

Sorry you got wasted by the Mick's, at least it wasn't a cricket score........:o the Mick's are playing really well and look like strong contenders to win the Grand Slam.
After a dismal start to the tournament the Sasanachs ran the Frogs off the park!! what happened there..?:confused:
Next Saturday is looking like it will go to the wire, it should be an awesome game, it's times like this that makes me think the Caribbean is not the paradise it's cracked up to be..................:rolleyes:
