A few moons back I asked advice for headphones and received good stuff. Been using the wireless type and works but my hearing is decreasing and the background hissing from wireless makes it hard to hear everything. Is there a type out there that uses wires all the way to the headphones so all I get is regular sound? I know I can search the Net but I always trust advice here only from ones who perhaps have used such.

Hi Sarge,
I don't know if these are any better then what you've been using, hearing loss varies so greatly, but check these out : http://www.hdhearing.com/tv/tvears.htm
I'm thinking of buying them for my father, so I think they're a good deal ( He may not though.).

In my experience most of the headphones works good even tiny drop of sound you can set from your television. You’ll be able to hear every single whisper and footstep your favorite program. Since from last three months I have experience with using this Sennheiser RS120 Wireless Headphones.
