Windows ME with Bellsouth DSL Alcatel USB Modem. The blue screen with OE in VxD NDIS (01) occurs at every shutdown. If i disable the static VxDs relating to NDIS it shutsdown properly but dsl doesn't work. Has this happened to anyone ?
