I'm using IE (Internet Explorer) and well, when i goto any page with a animated GIF on it, the image flickers terribly and the so dose the IE window sometimes. It also flickers when I hover over a link with CSS in the page. Please help me resolve this issue. In the meanwhile I'll be reinatslling IE6.
