Guys
Iv done a doul boot on a 300G drive. I splite the drive in two 150G partitions. XP Pro on one side and Vista unltimate on the other. Everytime I boot to the Vista side it gives me this weared box. It says that I have a hard disk problem and I need to repair disk or replace? Im not worried about my data. I back up to 2 500G drives that spin the same data for fail safe backup. here is a screen shot. Thanks :)

Run manufacturer's diagnostics on the drive.

Probably - but you need to proceed with the basic test and possibly the advanced test.

the short check and the genirec test keeps failing. Ill just formate one of my sata 500G drives and reload windows. Its starting to make a loud clicking sound now. I think shes ready to die on me. I havent had the drive for that long? You think once I relad windows and hook this drive up externaly and running a new pass of 0zz will fix it?

Nope.

It's going to die.
