What is the best Burner softwear to have. I have a Plextor 2410

The best one is WinOnCD. It definitely rules. WinOnCD supports every CD format out there (just DVD Video authoring isn't implemented yet) and is easy to use.
The current version of WinOnCD is 5, but the predecessor V3.8 is also a top software (just a few things are now easier in V5, and V5 has WinXP and DVD support, also the new DirectCD supports DVD now).
If you plan to change to WinXP then I recommend you to go with WinOnCD 5 (I have no idea why Roxio makes patches to make their EZ CD Creator Windows XP compatible, but doesn't do it for WinOnCD 3.8. . .well, WinOnCD 5 is better anyway  )

If you can't get WinOnCD then get Nero, also one of the top burning softwares.

I've no experience of WinOnCD but I have alwas used Nero as my CD burning software and had no problems using it at all.

I have used EZ-CD and Nero, I believe that Nero is a little bit faster at burning than EZ-CD, but the interface on EZ is better. The one thing I would stay away from is EZ-CD Platnium as it seemed to have some problems that I do not believe that they have patched yet.

I just use my trusty old Adaptec Easy CD Creator 4.05 Deluxe!

I have no problems with Adaptec ECDC 4.05 Deluxe on Windows ME/2000 or ECDC 5 Platnium on Windows XP/2000. I have never used NERO but have heard nothing but good things about it.

I've used both EZ-CD and Nero. I prefer Nero, though I think EZ-CD might be easier for 'newbies'. Nero offers more options and controls.

I have used Nero and EZCD from Roxio and have had good luck with both.
