Excel Problem

For some reason my excel program does not calculate the value automatically.
I have to double click on the cell it self to calculate the right value..
any Ideas why...Note It only happens on that particular file...

Was that particular file created in an earlier version of Excel? Perhaps it accidently got saved in an earlier version format? What version are you using now?
