Windowsme can not find jscript files

Good morning everyone,

I have downloaded some jscript files to my documents folder.
When I go to open them, windows gives me a message, that it can not find them.
How do I correct this problem?


I have one file that is writen to close a program.
When I click on the icon, I get the cannot find message, yet the program closes at the same time, that the message appears.
