i am trying to download stuff, the download magr in win98 gets to 99% with one sec remaning and then just STOPS!!!!!! WHY???

What are you trying to dl? Is it one particular thing that does it, or everything?

Hi Roy,

Are you using a "download manager" type program? Have you tried clearing the Temporary Internet Files folder?
