My OS is Windows 98SE. My WMP7.1 doesn't work even after clicking on icon, it just doesn't open I've tried uninstalling it and downloading it on a clean slate but it still doesnt work. Any idea to help me would be greatly appreciated.

if you try to open a media file, ie movie mpg or whatever, does it work then?

Thank you for your effort and reply. The answer to your inquiry is no, nothing opens . I uninstall WMP7.1 and WMP6.4 does work. Is it possible that it has a conflict with my CDRW Sony crx160e.
