help with movies please

A couple times lately, I was going to watch tutorials from a different web sites. Windows Media Player comes up and nothing ever happens. Thanks for the help in advance.

It could be a bunch of different things. WMP does not play quicktime (.mov) files very well and sometimes you will receive this problem. But it could be other factors like the file itself, etc.
