KUDOS to all that have replied and to the
Forum in general this is the second board
I've joined and in less than four hours
I've herd from fellow enthuists who want to
lend a hand, as for the other board it's
been about fifteen hours and not one reply
not to put a bad light on another board but
this one seems to be the right one

Same here, except for 56k.com. During those long night tech support hours, with nothing much to do when you get tired of telling the other departments why their html and JS doesn't work (a story for another day and another discussion, I'll just leave it at "damnable compilers"), I've come across alot of boards, but this one is the only one I check more than once a day.

For PC help topics, this is the best you're gonna find.

Welcome aboard. I knew nothing about PC's when I joined, now I have built 3 in the last year. Just bring curiosity, and respect other members and you should find everything you need right here.

Before I found this board, I would sign up for any given board and get bored (ewww....pun) very quickly. I now check this board at least twice a day. Evrytime I check there are new posts. Not only that, but everytime I check I learn at least one thing I didn't know, and I also find things that I can take a crack at helping with. I've tried somewhere in the area of a dozen baords, and this is by far the best.

I joined another board before I came to this one but very rarely go there.I enjoy coming here at least once a day and sorting through the boards trying to help others and getting help myself here and there along the way.
Thanks to all for the help and hope what little advice I've given has been helpful to someone else.

This has to be the best. My knowledge has increased exponentially since I first came to this site.
The help is sound, the responses are quick, the membership is rewarding, the interaction dynamic gives a feeling of "we're in it together," and the time spent here is never wasted.
