Webhosting recommendations

was wondering if anyone had recommendations for a good webhost preferably one with IMAP. That is the prime feature I was looking at.

Has anyone got any experience with www.3-95.com or www.dixiesys.com ?

Has anyone got any experience with www.3-95.com or www.dixiesys.com ? It appears that they are the same company. I haven't really heard much about them except that they have a dedicated server from <a href="http://www.rackshack.net/">RackShack</a> . You might ask the same question over <a href="http://www.webhostingtalk.com/">here</a>. A couple of threads that I found were these:
