I read where it is important(?) to update your BIOS. Once I download it, where do I put it?

congrats on your successful build! Rule of thumb on updating the BIOS: if you don't absolutely need to, don't. If your system is running fine with no problems, the current BIOS is fine.

Congrats on the new build! Like mc2phat said, you shouldn't flash your BIOS unless it will fix a problem. If somthing goes risk you risk ruining the board.
