OE Error Help

hwlp someone please, i seem to be getting an windows blue screen eeror message saying, OE Exception error message and am unable to read any CD.

Using me dvd drive but now cant read anything on it just crashes and says OE Exception Error.

Please help im desperate

If your problem persists, post back with the operating system you're using, what programs you're using and more detailed info regarding your system (motherboard, CPU, DVD brand, etc...).
