well, i have an amd athlon xp 1800, 512 megs of ram, and am using raid 0 config on my system, it just seems that programs dont open as fast as they should be and that overall, it should be running faster. are their any programs that i could use to find out if im not running at max speed. also, what steps would you guys reccommend for me to take to improv my pc's performance. im running 98se, would a new OS help?thanks
