Hi newme,
Check the startup folder for anything relating to Tiny Personal Firewall. If you don't find anything there, it's probably a key in the Registry that's making the message appear (the key says to start Tiny Personal Firewall at boot up, but Tiny isn't there anymore...that's why the message appears). You can try using a Registry cleaner like RegClean or RegCleaner to clean out the key.
RegCleaner (http://www.jv16.org/)
RegClean (http://download.cnet.com/downloads/0-10106-100-881470.html)
If these don't help, you might have to go into the Registry to remove the key that's making Tiny want to start up. I don't go into the Registry very often (in fact, I try real hard to stay out of it) so I can't tell you where to look for the offending key, but here's some information that will give you an idea of what the Registry is and what it does: Windows Registry (http://www.pcmech.com/show/os/150/)

Hi newme,
I can't help you with the specifics, but here's a tutorial for the Registry: Windows Registry (http://www.pcmech.com/show/os/150/)
You can also go to google.com and type in the name of the trojan or virus you're having a problem with and it will present you with webpages that might have the answer you're looking for.

Hi newme,
Since the message is directing you to the exact location of the entry within the Registry, what you could do is make a Registry backup (start regedit, click on Registry in the menu bar and choose export Registry file and save to a folder somewhere on your hard drive. Name it something you'll remember). Once the backup is made, go to the Registry key location noted in the message and delete it. Close regedit (you don't have to save anything) and reboot.
If you have problems, you can start regedit and import the saved registry file.
