I just ran 3DMark 2001 with my new Radeon 8500 and scored 8003 that is a vast improvement from the Riva TNT M64's 2400. I really like this card.:D

This is from the 3Dmark 2001 SE Readme file:
3DMark2001 SE new features:
Microsoft DirectX 8.1 support
Verified Microsoft Windows XP compatibility
A new DirectX 8.1 feature test utilizing pixel shader 1.4
System Info can now detect more components of your PC, like AGP settings that are crucial for 3D performance.
The usage of compressed textures has been optimized.
Lots of reported compatibility issues fixed. For example the dynamic shadows now look correct on graphics cards doing tile based rendering

I have a Visiontek GeForce 3 stock and only got 5161. Doesn't the GeFoce 3 chip support DirectX8.1? I think I need it or something to improve my score, maybe just some overclcoking. That multi-pixel with the 8 lights was the worst test for my PC.
