I wanna know if there's a command or a way to know when a telephone answers when dialing with a modem. I need to detect when a remote telephone goes off hook when my modem dials, and don't know if there's a command to do that. I just need my modem to know when a person answers the telephone and then play a .WAV file telling something, but dunno how to detect that. Can U help, please??? thanx.
