Ive just bought a Supra Express 56e PRO and i normally connect at 44,000 or 46,666 i try my older modem a rockwell hardware modem i get aroun 50,000 i bought this modem becuase of good reviews and my pins is up about 10 on UT does anyone know how to get my new diamond to perform better ive done all the tweaks latest drivers and etc..

You can't force it to connect faster than the 46 you're getting. Unless you're getting frequent disconnects or slow downs, forget it and enjoy. You can change the RWIN settings in Windows to change the IP packet size - that "might" improve overall performance. Every modem connects differently.

All you did was replace one Rockwell hardware modem with another.......
