Outlook Delima

I haven't used Outlook in a while for my email, but a friend had a question. Let me know if any of you might know the answer.

My friend gets an email every day from the same Domain, but froma different user identity. So it is hard to block. Is there a way in Outlook to block anything that specific Domain sends?

I don't have outlook on my computer to check this out on. Let me know if I you all understand what I mean.

If he is using Outlook Express under the Tools tab, choose Message rule>Block senders>choose add and just add the domain name, example microsoft.com leave out the @ and then choose on of the three options below. I think Outlook is the same not to sure.:)
