I'm hoping somebody can help me with this.
I connect to the internet via cable. I have been having intermittent connection problems. Calls to tech support say that everything should be fine. One tech suggested that I may have a corrupted Winsock and that the only way to correct it is to reinstall Win 98 on my system. Is there a way I can do this without doing a reinstall?
