What's your most awaited game?

Just curious to know what you guys are really itching to play? What do you think will be the next big one? To me it doesn't seem that the last year has held alot for gamers in the way of ingenuity. I think Medal of Honor: Allied Assault was definitely the big one for me.

Duke Nukem Forever. DN3D got me into FPS's. It's taken ages but "it'll be ready when it's ready". As long as it doesn't turn out like Daiktana!

I'm really looking forward to the next versions of Unreal and Unreal Tournament, I think they're called "UT 2003". Also, War Craft III looks good. I pretty much stopped expecting to see DN4 and TF2 anytime soon, if at all.

That game will kick serious butt!
Have you seen the editor that is supposed to come with it? You can do outside landscapes by point-click-drag. It couldn't be easier to create authentic, real looking terrain. Awesome! Just check out some of the pictures at Unreal2.com, physics and particle effects! No game will be able to shake a stick at it!

Doom3 is supposedly being marketed strictly at the "competitive gaming community", which makes it interesting.

Problem - the game play hasn't changed from Id since Doom. There needs to be dodging, a return of the grapple, something. Jump up and down constantly is pretty lame.

I feel exactly the same way. In fact...that's probably happening this week. :D I'm going to pick up Morrowind and one of the GeForce4 cards. I'd like to get a Ti4200...but it might not be out for another month.

A Ti4400 looks pretty nice right about now.

I play UT till no end, and its been out for how many years? I really got into gaming with the introduction of this game to my computer. I don't know if it was a good thing though.

I didn't find Doom to be creepy at all. Now, the second resident evil was pretty creepy and I definitely think that Barbie CD is scary as hell.

What creeped me out was Undying by Clive Barker...that's the only game to ever truly freak me.

-And an RPG packing an engrossing and outstanding single player experience (like the Fallout and Baldur's Gate series), but it seems that I won't see that, since everyone is caring only about multiplayer this times. Developers should understand that not every gamer can be connected all day long, some of us still have dial-up connections for heaven's sake!

I cant believe that I left out Final Fantasy XI. Ive been playing it since FF1 came out on the NES. Im real interested to see how it works as an MMORPG. I was going to buy a PS2 just for that reason but then I heard that it is going to be realeased simultaneously for the PS2 and PC. I cant wait for that one.

How much do you want to bet that the multiplayer was left out of GTA 3 so they can get you to buy the game, and then release a multiplayer expansion pack with a new city? That's what I would do if I were them. Sucks for the consumer, though.

Seriously, the next generation of games is going to rock. Look at the games already out like Medal of Honor: Allied Assault and Return to Castle Wolfenstein. I'm kind of partial to the last one as it's so close to my handle.
