Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows an easy way to set up different profiles in Outlook 2000 ? I need to keep my business,kids,wife & me seperate.

You can setup user profiles. Each user will logon to the pc as "wife" etc and will only see her email. Everyone will have to share the address book.

Or, you can setup message rules. When an email comes into "wife" you can have it moved to her own folder.
