What does this mean? Help please.

After running netstat -r, I found these results:
shell.elixor.net:k close_wait
193250.aebc.com 49522 close_wait
193250.aebc.com 53043 close_wait
All were on the same port.
What kind of activity is this? Are these isp's/websites/whatever that have a link into this rig?
Any info appreciated.

Close all browsers and anything that has a net connection, wait a minute, and try netstat again, if those are gone then they're likely just connections to ads and such on web sites.

aebc.com is a cipherkey exchange site ... been to any secure or signed sites lately?

Wish I knew what that meant, cypher key or secured/signed exchange sites.....
The rig in question is a game server only, used for nothing else.
I updated the fixit utes av but that was days ago. Why is this stuff here like yesterday? I tried to get aebc.com but my browser said that it couldn't get it. Elixor turned out to be a shell server hosting company. The ip that showed up was 209.144.213.225.
I ran the av after getting the most recent update last night and it found nothing. What are these people trying(or succeeding) to do??
