How do I format my harddrive correctly and install win 98?

p.s. cricket, i noticed the post was for win98 and maybe hcnic was trying to repost to be in the correct forum. [in case there are differences in protocol.] would it have been better to mention in the xp forum to use this post for advice instead??

Oops...I think this was my first post this morning and didn't even notice the question was about Win98 (not enough coffee in my system yet :p). I just saw the thread about formatting in the Windows 2000/NT/WinXP forum and thought it was the same thing. Sorry about that jcnic.
