unrealED problem

I try starting up unrealED for UT...but i keep getting this error message that states it can't find the 'Editor.dll'. I know i have this file...but how do I make the editor see it? I tried putting the 2 in the samne folder but that didnt seem to do much....

I've used the editor, but dont recognise your problem. At this url is the unreal ed forum, they know everything about the editor, someone will be able to help you there i'm sure http://www.pcmech.com/ubb/smile.gif
