Anybody knows if exist a software for Win98 to control the monitor's geometry and distorsion, like pincushion, horizontal curvature and other? Cause my monitor's osd controls cannot help me to solve all the distorsions. Thanks and i'm sorry for my bad english http://www.pcmech.com/ubb/wink.gif

Sorry, can't help with third party software, but is there a chance the monitor is being influenced by outside sources such as electric motors or unshielded cables?
BTW, English is most always bad-especially when spoken by us americans http://www.pcmech.com/ubb/smile.gif

Electric devices aren't so near to infuence the monitor (i hope http://www.pcmech.com/ubb/wink.gif), also 'cause the distortion is very very little, i think it's a problem of monitor (but looking for perfection, there is a distrotion http://www.pcmech.com/ubb/smile.gif http://www.pcmech.com/ubb/smile.gif http://www.pcmech.com/ubb/smile.gif)
Looking around the net i've found this: http://www.displaymate.com/infodmw.html
but the demo shareware only show the set up program features, not the tune up, do you think this meet what i'm looking for?
Thanks and another question, BTW means "by the way"? :=

Have you attempted to change the refresh rate in display properties? That might make a difference.

The refresh rate is 75Hz, the max supported by monitor at 1152x864. But i've notice that my monitor is very influenced also by different positioning around the room, maybe i live in a great magnetic field or (more probably http://www.pcmech.com/ubb/smile.gif) my monitor is very sensitive by external factors. Maybe i'm looking for a perfection that my Flatron 775 can't give to me. However thanks, and i invite you everybody to have a fun holiday in Rome, a really great city http://www.pcmech.com/ubb/smile.gif http://www.pcmech.com/ubb/smile.gif Bye.
