earth2150 help

i have just downloaded my 2nd copy of earth 2150 to find that the same error message is still there "no 3d card to be found"
i have tried it on my mates new you bute computer and the get the same message.
if any one knows how to fix or where i can download the final ver
that would be a great help thanks
