Anyone know of a good email notification program?

I need something that will work with Yahoo mail and windows 98. I have yahoos companion bar with its email notification bell, but it rarely works. I'd like something that will just pop up on my taskbar and possibly make a sound to let me know or something. I just want something that will pop up when I have mail, I really dont want something that is always on the taskbar and taking up a lot of my resources and slowing my PC down. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I used <a href="http://www.eprompter.com">ePrompter</a> for a while, it's good.

I used Newmail for a long time, but it doesn't work with Win2000, so I use Mailbox Verifier now - but it won't work with a web-based account, just standard POP3.
