Help! Monitor not starting...

I installed a new vid card in my brothers box. I replaced the old PCI card with an AGP card. Now the monitor wont fire up when I boot. A friend of mine said I might have to flash the bios because of the slot change. Can anyone help?

I think this might be a double post.

you need to rempve all the drivers for the old card before you install the new one.
