is It Possible TO share and internet connection through a serial port using a direct cable connection???

Not a big expert here, pyro, but I do believe you need an ethernet hub or router. All the computers would connect to the internet cable modem there.
Hang in there, some of the other more knowledgeable guys will be along. :)

I'm talking about using null cableing to get out the internet a direct connection cabling to share an ic... i know how to share using ethernet cards

No, it's not. You can fileshare but not Internet share using DCC because DCC uses the dialup adapter - and if it's in use by your modem it can't be used for DCC at the same time.

It's also not possible to use DCC to share a broadband connection, because the dialup adapter is not capable of providing network address translation.
