Using XP *ungh* and Explorer opens default to "My Documents." I wish to change this. My guess is the registry, but I have not found it, yet. Suggetions?

start > run, regedit
You can't display the registry with the Explorer, only with the registry editor (regedit).

Do you mean IE or windows explorer? If IE make sure the homepage isn't set to FILE://My Documents or whatever...

Why hack the registry when you can just change the shortcut. Right click on Properties for Explorer and in the target where it says %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe append:
<b>/n, /e, /select, C:\</b>

Ah, great Statica. Did not think about running switches. I always think of the registry first. But, unfortunately, I mainly navigate through keyboard and thus rely on the win+e shortcut. How would I accomodate for that?
