I never knew that it was possible chaning passwords without contacting your dsl provider. I think you have to. Not sure.

Hi eldon, welcome to the PC Mech forums!

Do you mean you want to change the password, or just update it in your login settings? If you want to change it, there should be a section on your ISPs home page where you can do it, or you can call your ISP to find out. If you want to update it, just change it in the connection's Properties window (right click on the icon). Hope that helps.

Hi eldon, welcome to PCMech,

Xion and Dr. Zaius are right. If you are trying to change your internet password you must contact your ISP either via the phone or their webpage.

Yes I know i have to get in touch with them first, but was just looking on my comp. and trying to find out where i can change it at,without having to make new connection.Had the same password for years now and i think the guy at the comp shop is using it to log onto the net and run test with systems he is building,i know he has no connection of his own and have been getting alot of tests email like it was coming from myself.Thanks.
