I have an Excel document that I need to reverse if possible.

Column A is a list of part numbers in numerical order.
Column B is the corresponding part # from another vendor.
I'm looking to get a reverse cross-reference.
How can I reverse A & B so that column B is now A in numerical order and A is now B with the corresponding #?
There are 17,000 numbers.
Wow, hard to explain.

Carl

I think all you have to do is right click on the top of column B and hit 'cut' then right click on column A and hit 'insert cut cells' try it and see, but if I remember right that is how you do it, let me know if this works.

Ok it's sinking in, after doing that then left click on the top of column A and move the mouse to column B so that both are highlighted, then hit the button in your standard tool bar 'sort ascending' or 'sort descending' now I think that will give you the desired results.
