I wan to play 2 player games so each player has his own screen. I have an msi geforce4 ti 4600 video card. Could I use 2 monitors, one connected via the normal vga connector and one through the dvi-i connector? If that will not work could I connnect my monitor and also connect a tv through the tv out connector?. If none of them ideas will work how can I have each player having his own screen?

That I know of, it is not possible for two people to play on the same computer. However, if both you and a friend each have a computer, then you can network them together to play against or with each other. What you will need is two cat5 cables, two ethernet cards and a switch, hub or a router. Ofcourse, each player would need separate monitors for this.

If you going to get a network you can cut out the hub by getting a crossover cable. I also don't think it is possible to have a two player game on one PC. Main problem being control devices. and there are no games to support it. The network is the easiest way to do this.

Yeah, a crossover cable will work for two computers, but once all his friends hear what they are doing, they will want to jump in too.
