Hello there,
I recently decided to have a dual OS, I got a WIN98SE only. Then I installed the WIN2000 Professional without partitioning. For now it works out just fine because WIN2000 supports dual OS. But what about the partitioning part, will it affect my hard drive? Will it be bad for my drive if I didn't partition before I use a dual OS? Pls help...thank you so much in advance.:)

If you have left a unpartitioned space on the drive, I think you can boot from the 98 cd and add it to the unpartitioned space.
I think there may be a rule tho, that one os must always go on before the other. As in 98 first always. Can't member.
:D

Check out this (http://www.pcmech.com/show/os/334/) article. It gives you pretty much everything you'll want to know about dual booting.

Thanks to both of you, I think I'm going to stick with one OS again. It's too complicated for me..:( Anyway there's always room for improvement in the future. Thanks again guys.:) :p ;)

I have Win 98 and Win 2K installed on 2 different drives. Is it Ok to install them in different partitions on the same drive?

Yes, I think so. If you have a large disk space to support all your programs and the two OS.
