I've never used hotkeys before....how do I set up a hotkey to shutdown Win98se??

I tried this method...this is for a system without a monitor. I tried posting in networking but didn't get much responce.
When I put this shortcut on desktop, opened the client pc's desktop folder from my host and clicked on this shortcut the host shutdown....should've know this wouldn't work. What I really need is a keyboard command that will shut down the client system...

for those interested, here's how to shutdown windows with a keyboard command:
just hit the "windows" key + U + enter
shuts it right down.....

Or if you dont have a win KB, Ctrl + esc then U and Enter.

P.S. Sorry , I am working on getting rid of that black line at the top. It has to do with my sig
