Settings for video overclock

I have the ability to overclock my new MSI G-Force 3 TI 500 card, the default settings are memory clock at 515 and the core clock at 240 what are safe incriments to try?

I jumped mine up by 5Mhz steps.

I was a little different, i jumped mine by ten then tested..when artifacts showed up i went down by five then one to a safe speed for both the memory and gpu....
