How do you recall a sent e-mail message using Microsoft Outlook?

Usually the recipient would get the e-mail a few seconds after you send it.

actually I think you can as long as the message has not been opened by the person receiving it.

Can can as long as it is sent within a LAN network. It it is an email outside the LAN it cannot be recalled. Read through the thread I posted.

Now if you want to know how to recall the message, open the sent email.

Under tools ther should be a recall this message option.
