Never type in a hurry, I mean SYSmark 2000 not Sysoft.

AMD......said that when it's engineers explored the changes in the 2002 version of the SYSmark benchmark, the tasks that favored AMD had been removed, task that favored Intel had been added and several of the task that favored Intel had been repeated multiple times.

" AMD certainly highlighted a number of interesting issues with SYSmark." said Nathan Brockwood, principal analyst at Insight64, a market research firm based in Saratoga California. " To the best of my knowledge those have not been resolved satisfactorily."

It used to be possible to copy and paste NYT articles if you couldn't link to them directly but this is no longer the case ( and I'm not happy about it)
