XP Media Center

Does anyone know where there is good info regarding XP Media Center. It's supposed to be released next month, providing PVR functionality and linking audio, video and image functions in a single interface.

I've read alternately that it will be available as an upgrade and that it will not (only available to OEM's).

Any info will be appreciated.

I figured you had as I haven't seen it anywhere else either. M$ sends me a ton of crap and it hasn't been mentioned in anything that I remember.

I was hoping to use Freestyle as a PVR but I guess it's not going to be available as a download. I'll have to see if Snapstream has their act together.
