Exactly what happened the last time this occurred and what are the specs on your system? Esp. OS. Thanks

What OS are you using and how long has it been since the last re-installation? Are you using McAfee antivirus? What kind of background programs are running on your system? Have you scanned for viruses, spyware and trojans? Did this problem just start or has it been happening for a long time?

The exact wording of the error messages would help a lot - click Details and write down what looks important. The stack dump is not important but the affected module names and type of fault is.
