Need help aquiring a Motorola External Modem driver

The model is a Motorola modemSURFR 33.6 external. I am using win2k. I can't find any driver for this modem, regardless of the platform. Win2k has the drivers for the 28.8 model of this modem, but not the 33.6. Anyone who has or knows where I can get the drivers, please help. Thanks a lot.
