All a user has to do is run an image capture program )like Snag-It).

Yeah, the good old print screen button. You could put a watermark on it so if someone does use it, it will still have your name on it.

The "no right click" script is a good one, however it also disables the viewers ability to bookmark the page (unless they go to Favorites, Add to favorites). I prefer a popup menu in place of the stupid warning about right click being diabled. Go look in the Menus section of dynamicdrive.com for more.
