Hi,
I'm not quite sure what you're asking. But to start out with, what are your system specs? HTH
system specs are gateway 667 ,lexmark z43 ,que! usb cd_rw 2.2 ,cannon n670u ,adaptec usb 2.2 card ,western digital 10gb hard driver 54rpm ulta atal 100 ,384 mb ram have this check mark by the scsi?raid host controller in the deice managers.it looker like ever thing is working right .
Gateway used to use a lot of Promise Ultra ATA controller cards, that's probably what it is, you just need to install the driver. Sounds like you no longer have the original OS on the computer.
no i have upgrade to xp from me about two weeks ago ever thing in this things is working.
That's why it's flagged - you haven't installed the XP driver for the controller. Is your hard drive connected to the motherboard or a controller card?
the hard driver is connected to the mother board ,the hard driver is working , i have also put in ever cd i have try to find the driver for it . could this be something that xp dont need in my comp and that was for windows me or what.
well idid find out what this thing is ,it was my usb 2.0 card for my cd-rw but thanks for the help.
